Fun and social sessions for everyone, general skating sessions are perfect to attend with family or friends. If you’re new to skating, our friendly staff will ensure you are comfortable on the ice and we also offer skating aid hire for additional support. Your skates are included in the price, with a secure and safe place to store your shoes.

How to book
Adult morning sessions include a free group lesson from a skating instructor. This session is suitable for skaters of all abilities and newcomers are welcome to join.

How to book
A dedicated tots session for little ones to gain confidence on the ice in an exclusive environment for young children. With skating aids included as well as the option to wear shoes on the ice, this ice time is perfect for children under five and parents who wish to explore the ice rink and have some fun together. One adult when accompanied by a child will enter for free at these sessions.
The tots session is for preschool (under 5) children, parents will be able to assist them either with skates or in their own shoes. The children are not required to wear skates, they can go on the ice in their own shoes. A member of the team will be on the ice to help with any concerns.
Please note: we also have skate and play sessions available which also include access to the soft play area.

How to book
They’re fun… They’re action packed on ice, what more could you want to help celebrate your birthday! Come along to Telford Ice Rink and experience an unforgettable birthday party with friends and family. With exclusive access to the party room inside the rink, bring your own food or opt for the additional food option to complete your package.
Ice skating parties
Times
- Friday - 6pm - 7.30pm.
- Saturday - 10.30am - 12noon / 12.30pm - 2pm / 2.30pm - 4pm.
- Sunday - 10.30am - 12noon / 1.30pm - 3pm / 3.15pm - 4.45pm.
Whats included
- Minimum of 8 Children has to be paid for when booking (Maximum 15 children / Maximum of 12 children during Hockey Season)
- Party supervisor included up to 12 children – 13-15 children extra supervisor required at a charge of £14.60
- 1 hour skating with 30 minutes with food in party room
- Meal- choice of a hot or cold food menu – food order to be returned at least one week in advance
- Stability aids are available to purchase from reception on the day (subject to availability)
Soft play parties
Times
- Saturday - 10am - 11.30am / 11.45am - 1.15pm / 1.30pm - 3pm / 3.15pm - 4.45pm.
- Sunday - 11.45am - 1.15pm / 1.30pm - 3pm / 3.15pm - 4.45pm.
Cold box meal party
- £8.50 per child.
- Minimum 8 children, maximum 14 children.
- Invitations.
- 1 hour play, 30 minutes for food in designated party area.
- Meal - choice of a hot or cold food menu – must be returned at least one week in advance.
- Unlimited squash.
Hot meal party
- £11 per child.
- Minimum 8 children, maximum 14 children.

Exclusive hire

Patch ice time is suitable for figure skaters who have achieved Skate UK Level 6 or over and individuals who are undertaking private lessons with in house professional coaches. It is an ideal time to practice spins, jumps and dances for up and coming competitions.
All customers should pre-book these sessions online.
